Accomodation
The conference venue is the red hall of the
hotel Union in Ljubljana. This is also the recommended
hotel for your stay. We got a conference discount on the normal price of the room, so the executive
room will cost you 112 Eur and the bussiness one 107 Eur per night. Please fill in the hotel accomodation
form (word,
pdf format) before March 15 and fax/email it directly to the hotel.
Do not forget to mention "RAVE collaboration meeting" in all your correspondence.
Those of you who will stay at the Union hotel can charge the Orbita shuttle
from/to the airport to your hotel room (see accomodation form for booking).
There are many other hotels nearby, but prices tend to be similar and quality lower. A convenient choice for
people on a budget is to stay at Alibi hostel located only 300 m from the Union hotel (address:
Cankarjevo nabrezje 27, Ljubljana). Please visit their
webpage and book by
email (info@alibi.si). The
price for a bed in a double room is 25 Eur/night, in a dorm room 15 Eur/night.
